This bulk tablet elevator improves worker ergonomics by allowing an operator to fill the tablet hopper at a comfortable height; the elevator then lifts the hopper to feed tablet counters or blister machine.NJM/CLI introduces the CF1620-4 Cremer Quad, new high-speed tablet counters that features 16 tracks on each of four filling heads. Compared to the 12-track Cremer Quad, the new 16-track tablet counters increase productivity for large-count bottles by 30 to 40 percent. The new 16-track Cremer Quad fills up to 220 bottles per minute (bpm) on 100-count bottles and breaks previous speed limits for large fills, handling up to 90 bpm on 250-count bottles, 40 bpm on 500-count bottles and 20 bpm on 1000-count bottles.
